Our core service is commercial building surveying. This involves visiting sites, identifying property risks and issues, advising on why issues are occurring, and developing specifications for solutions. We also offer comprehensive project management services on projects ranging from tens of thousands up to 10 million, covering all aspects of your project, from initial design to project management, contract administration, and quantity surveying, ensuring a seamless process.

As an example, we are currently delivering a programme of works for a charity in Cornwall focussed on improving the sustainability and accessibility of their site as part of funds from the Good Growth Fund. We have also been instrumental in introducing green technologies to schools across the South West, in the form of Salix funded solar panels and air source heat pumps.

Our core objective is to ensure that buildings perform as efficiently as possible. We bring practical reuse solutions to existing commercial buildings and residential housing stock, which are large contributors to the UK emissions total. 

RECYCLE 

We recycle all of our office food and paper waste. 

REDUCE 

As part of our commitment to minimising our carbon footprint, we have implemented energy-efficient practices within our own operations. We use smart metering to measure usage within the building and we promote lift sharing when travelling to sites.

Clerk of Works 

Our experienced clerks of works act as your eyes and ears on-site. They monitor construction quality, verify compliance with specifications, and address any discrepancies. Our team has NEC Accredited Supervisors and former members of the Institution of the Clerks of Works Inspectorate (ICWCI).

Navigating party wall matters can be complex. We provide expert advice on party wall agreements, rights, and responsibilities, ensuring smooth interactions between adjoining property owners.
