Education
The service PHD, especially Paul and Tom provided for the Theatre Royal over the course of our extensive Fire Safety upgrades to our precious Grade 2 * listed building has been thorough, measured and delivered on time and on budget. We’ve entrusted PHD with our next construction project , Venue 4 , a community theatre space in the estate of the Theatre Royal Bath having worked with Paul and Tom on two phases of our 5 year Fire Safety improvement scheme. The works have to happen around a fully operational and historic building, on time and within budget targets. PHD have delivered on all counts

PHD Building Advisory were appointed to Project Manage the re-development of Kingsley Hall following a competitive tender process. Since their appointment, PHD have proactively managed and steered this complex project through the design phases, which will culminate in a detailed submission to the National Lottery Heritage Fund in August 2024. This project will provide an invaluable asset to 1625 Independent People and will help the charity support young homeless people in the city of Bristol. PHD have brought into the ethos of 1625 and have put young people at the heart of the project from the very start. They have delivered a professional and personable experience for the client team and we are excited to continue to work with them on the future phases of Kingsley Hall.
