PHD were appointed by a national consultant to undertake a portfolio of roof surveys across Court buildings within the UK, to assess their viability to accommodate solar panels. The programme consisted of 43 surveys which were delivered over a period of 2 months.

PHD were appointed by an investment management firm to undertake schedules of condition of a company who are the UK’s leading supplier of goods to the shipping industry. The surveys were spread across the UK from Pembroke docks up to Aberdeen. The team were subsequently appointed to provide further costed advice on the expected remedial costs to rectify the issues noted during the initial surveys. The team were able to survey and report within 2 weeks of the instruction, helping the investment firm to meet their deadlines.
