PHD were appointed to provide pre-acquisition advice prior to their client acquiring the leasehold interest in their new head office. Once acquired, PHD were appointed as Project Manager and Lead Designer to design and manage the refurbishment for the building to be converted into clinical and consulting room use. PHD prepared tender documents based on the clients requirements, and managed the project through to completion. This included managing the business move from 2no former sites. The project was delivered within the initial project estimate, and all statutory consents and CQC approvals were obtained.
