PHD were appointed to provide pre-acquisition advice prior to their client acquiring the leasehold interest in their new head office in Birmingham. Once acquired, PHD were appointed as Contract Adminstrator to prepare the specifications for the building to be converted into clinical and consulting room use. We prepared tender documents based on the clients requirements, and managed the project through to completion, which included managing the business move from 2no former sites. The project was delivered within the initial project estimate, and all statutory consents and CQC approvals were obtained.
Blenheim Court
PHD have been appointed as lead designers for the fitout of 2a Blenheim Court, Beaufort Office Park, Woodlands, Bristol to create a state of the art private treatment clinic which will be operated by SAH Diagnostics Ltd. SAH provide Mobile and Modular diagnostic services including Urology, Radiology, Mobile/Modular MRI, Ultrasound, X-Ray, Mobile Mammography, Mobile DEXA, Colposcopy, Dermatology and more.
