Our building surveying team were appointed to undertake condition surveys of a portfolio of industrial units used in the manufacturing of coastal spill and containment equipment. The units were located in various locations across the UK. Our team were able to mobilise and report within 10 days of instruction, identifying numerous condition issues which subsequently formed the basis of their future maintenance programme. 

PHD were appointed by an investment management firm to undertake schedules of condition of a company who are the UK’s leading supplier of goods to the shipping industry. The surveys were spread across the UK from Pembroke docks up to Aberdeen. The team were subsequently appointed to provide further costed advice on the expected remedial costs to rectify the issues noted during the initial surveys. The team were able to survey and report within 2 weeks of the instruction, helping the investment firm to meet their deadlines. 

PHD are well versed in the industrial sector, predominantly in providing Schedules of Condition or Condition Surveys and Dilapidations advice. We have surveyed buildings involved in anything from the packaging and slicing of bacon to the production of high end specialized carbon fibre car parts. In 2023 alone, PHD surveyed millions of square foot of industrial space across the country.
